At Swedish Medical Center, we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for our Med Surg Tele unit to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The CNC will serve as a key link between patients, staff, and management, ensuring seamless operations within the unit. Coordinate and oversee all nursing care and administrative activities within the Med Surg Tele unit. Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and the implementation of care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed in collaboration with the healthcare team. Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Manage patient care documentation and records accurately and timely. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Ability to handle high stress situations and make critical decisions In-depth knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and telehealth protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS Certification ACLS Certification preferred Certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing (CMSRN) a plus
