Respiratory Therapist at UCHealth summary: A Respiratory
Therapist provides specialized respiratory care and airway
management in a technologically complex clinical setting. They
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based
patient care, while supporting continuous learning and clinical
improvement initiatives. Certification, state licensure, and
advanced life support training are required to ensure high-quality
and safe respiratory therapy services. Description Location:
UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora Department:
Respiratory Care Main FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay
period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights Pay: $31.61 - $47.41 / hour. Pay is
dependent on applicant's relevant experience Minimum Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. •
Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board
for Respiratory Care (NBRC). • State licensure • Basic Life Support
(BLS) Healthcare Provider. • NRP obtained within 1 year if assigned
to NICU; tracked on unit. • PALS within 1 year if assigned to ED;
tracked on unit. • Advanced Cardiac Life Support • BLS through the
American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the
Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or
CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire. At UCHealth, We

complex clinical setting managing ventilator integration to
adaptive pulmonary support and airway management throughout
multiple levels of care. • Clinical ladders encourage internal
