This role offers meaningful patient impact, autonomy, and strong organizational support. Requirements: - Accredited OT degree (OT/MOT/OTD) - Active Colorado OT license - One year of experience with frail or elderly populations preferred but new graduates encouraged to apply - EPIC EMR experience is a plus.
