Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist serving
students in a K-12 school setting located in Castle Rock, CO. This
role supports the academic and developmental needs of students
throughout the school year from November 19, 2025, through May 22,
2026, with options for part-time (15 hours/week) or full-time (up
to 40 hours/week) schedules, working between 2 to 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language pathology services to
students across various grades. Communicate effectively with
students, families, and educational staff. Utilize technology and
various software systems to improve learning and document progress.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy laws.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student
development. Follow oral and written instructions and manage
multiple tasks independently. Participate in ongoing training and
professional development. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Certification as an SLP with CCC and experience in healthcare,
pediatrics, or a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to
work with diverse populations and maintain effective professional
relationships. Proficiency with technology to enhance instruction
and interpret data. Knowledge of Colorado Academic Standards,
special education programming, and positive behavior management.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage priorities
efficiently. Demonstrates compassion, integrity, reliability, and
professionalism. Commitment to fostering a positive school climate
