Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicatedand compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physicianto join our patient-centered team in Denver, CO. As part of a certified LevelII Trauma Center and integrated network, you will work alongside carecoordinators, behavioral health specialists, educators, and medical specialiststo deliver high-quality, comprehensive care. Our model emphasizes a team-basedapproach to managing chronic conditions, treating acute illnesses, anddelivering preventive services including routine health screenings andvaccinations.
