Ensure all documentation and records are completed accurately and promptly. Adhere to established policies and procedures relevant to the scope of practice. Identify and respond to patient care priorities with initiative and sound judgment. Successfully complete all required orientations, in-services, and training in a timely manner. Perform additional related duties as assigned by the supervisor. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Possession of a valid professional OT license in the state of practice. Graduation from an ACOTE accredited program and eligibility to take or successful completion of the NBCOT exams (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
