Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Med Surg RN to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients. Shift: Full-time • Days and Nights (Rotating Weekends) Responsibilities: Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members Qualifications: Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire. Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred. 1 yr of recent Acute care RN experience required. Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Night Diff - $4.75 Weekend Diff - $3.00. SOB- UP TO 25k PAID OUT IN 6 MONTHS INCREMENTS. Relocation on a case by case basis.
