Job Description:
Forging New Lives is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to
join our dedicated team in providing comprehensive therapeutic
services to individuals on their journey to recovery from
addiction. The Nurse Manager will oversee nursing operations within
our facility, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care while
adhering to regulatory guidelines and fostering a compassionate
environment. This role is pivotal in implementing our mission of
supporting recovery through professional healthcare interventions
and personalized treatment plans. Manage and supervise all nursing
staff, ensuring adherence to professional standards and ethical
practices. Develop and implement nursing care plans in
collaboration with the healthcare team. Oversee patient care,
ensuring treatment plans are effectively followed and documented.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety
standards. Train and mentor new nurses, promoting continuous
education and professional development. Manage departmental budget
and resource allocation effectively. Liaise with other healthcare
professionals to optimize patient recovery strategies. Report to
healthcare administration with updates on departmental performance
and patient outcomes. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
clinical management and operations Ability to manage a diverse team
and resolve conflicts Knowledge of addiction treatment and recovery
care High emotional intelligence and empathy Medical Insurance
