Job Description Job Description Registered Nurse - Regional Float Pool - Full-Time - Night Shift The Registered Nurse within our Regional Float Pool delivers nursing care across various hospitals, focusing on multiple units including Med/Surg, ICU, and Emergency. This full-time night position necessitates a minimum of one to two years of recent bedside RN experience along with relevant specialty certifications. The Registered Nurse will apply theoretical knowledge to make informed decisions in practice, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating tailored nursing care in line with established nursing standards for adult and geriatric patients. Candidates are expected to report to facilities within the regional area of their home hospital. Specific facilities will be determined upon hiring, with approval from the leadership team. Preferred Education: BSN Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, fulfilling all state board of nursing requirements. Required Experience: One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg roles. For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside RN experience is required. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic software Certifications (Required to Start): For Med/Surg and Behavioral Health - BLS For Women's Health - BLS & NRP For Critical Care - BLS, ACLS For Emergency Department - BLS, ACLS, & PALS Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk for most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and the ability to lift and turn patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds.
