Job Title: Registered Nurse - Operating Room Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Varied Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - OR experience required. - Must have orthopedic experience. - Must have neuro operating room experience (Level 1 or 2). - Availability for weekend and weekday call. Description: This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced operating room environment. The role involves participation in weekend and weekday on-call rotations. On-call commitment includes 3 twelve-hour shifts every 4-5 weekends and one weeknight call each week. Candidates must meet low/mid/high performer expectations for contract continuation. Immediate contract termination may occur if performance standards are not met. Holiday coverage is required for this position. Experience in a Level 2 trauma setting is preferred.
