Job Description:
Primary Talent Partners has a 12-month contract opening for a
Medical Device Project Manager to join a medical device
manufacturing company for a hybrid position operating out of
Lafayette, CO.

Pay: $60/hr - $70/hr
Contract: 6 months, extensions likely, conversion possible
Type: W-2, cannot support C2C or provide visa sponsorship
Location: Lafayette, CO - Hybrid (Tues, Wed, Thurs on site in
Lafayette, Mon and Fri can be remote)
Product Line: Supporting multiple products within the Advanced
Surgical Technologies Business Unit in Surgical. Primarily
Sonicision, LigaSure, and Valleylab FT10 Energy Platform
Job Description:
As a Sr Project Manager within the Released Product Management
(RPM) division, you will be steering the course to meet business
needs while leading cost savings projects in the Advanced Surgical
Technologies Business Unit. This pivotal role will see you
harmonizing and coordinating various initiatives within the RPM
program and managing dependencies across projects. In close
collaboration with Released Product Engineering, Quality,
Operations, and other cross-functional domains, you will drive the
delivery of projects to our valued patients and customers.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be
assigned. Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate,
develop and manage projects for Released Product Management
(RPM).
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects
and serves as liaison between project management and planning,
project team, and line management.
Manages the development and implementation process of a company's
products and services involving departmental or cross-functional
teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and
processes.
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and
prepares status reports.
Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet
productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and
objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for
intervention and problem solving with project managers, line
managers, and clients.
Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements
elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands
of project's key stakeholders.
Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to
ensure the end products or processes will solve the business
problems.
Education Required: A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent for
international degrees)
Years' Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years of relevant
experience
Top 3 technical skills that are required for the role: Ability to
lead diverse and complex projects and programs
Communication skills - verbal, written and non-verbal
Data-driven insights and analysis
