The Solutions Marketing Manager is a member of the Solutions
marketing team and will assist in supporting the execution of
go-to-market initiatives and programs across the CenturyLink
solution portfolio. This role will work closely with our Solutions
Marketers, Business Unit peers and Corporate Marketing to implement
campaign strategies and deliver on planned tactics.
- Collaborate with, Solutions Marketing, and Marketing Operations
to develop demand generation strategies targeting key customer
segments in alignment with sales feedback, new product releases and
- Designs and executes programmatic lead nurturing programs and
demand generation campaigns that promote the company's products and
solutions, align to the buyer's journey and generate high quality
sales opportunities to target segments.
- Develops marketing messaging and materials for campaigns that
are consistent with the company and brand positioning and aligned
to target personas and segments.
- Interfaces with Business Unit and Corporate marketing team
regularly to ensure tools, initiatives and best practices are
adopted in regions and leads are followed up on.
- Provides guidance to internal and external agencies on creation
of marketing assets (email, direct mail, etc.) and premium content
(infographics, webinars, videos, white papers, etc.) for use in
multi-channel demand generation campaigns. Manages third parties
who enable program(s) and helps to negotiate business terms and
conditions of contracts.
- Employs a disciplined approach to lead management and program
performance, aligning lead management process to campaign
strategies and partnering with inside sales/marketing development
reps (MDRs) to enable effective disposition and nurturing of

/analyze campaign performance and to optimize programs as needed on
an ongoing basis.

system, and reporting improvements and incorporates them into
existing and future programs.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able
to create, edit and proof internal and external content and

ability to multi-task.
