in driving HR initiatives and supporting the overall HR strategy at Honeywell.
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with various HR functions,
including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management,
compensation and benefits, and employee development. You will partner with
business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance
and support. As an HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to
the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that
foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement. As a people
leader at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting
our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the
company. You will report directly to our HR Director, and you will work out of our location on a 3day-work schedule.Key Responsibilities:--

    drive end-to-end talent strategies

    and coach leaders

    structure, jobs, and skills in the company match its long-term plans and
