We are currently looking to hire a Manger, Smart Planning based in White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO!Danone North America is on a transformation journey to become the fastest-growing, major consumer goods company in North America. As part of this transformation Danone North America established the Operations Strategy and Transformation team that is responsible for the strategic Planning Transformation including, process, data, system and organization transformation. The cornerstone initiative of this Transformation is Smart Planning.This position is responsible for design decisions, effective implementation and change management for the transition of Supply Planning into o9 Solutions for Danone North America (US and Canada). This position will lead the Supply Planning work stream and subject matter experts through design, build, test and deploy activities. As the first region to deploy o9 they will collaborate with Global stakeholders to build a common solution design across all Danone regions while also leading the way for project methodology. They will influence the Supply Planning function to adopt the new processes and tools.The base compensation range for this position is $104,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience. To give our employees flexibility, Danone is a hybrid work environment.Responsibilities: Lead the Target Operating Model transformation for Supply Planning; lead technology design to support the desired industry best practice process evolution (ie: MEIO)Manage testing, training and hypercare activitiesLead prioritization of defects and system enhancements. Collaborate with Global stakeholders to ensure NORAM priorities are reflected in backlogsGuide the Planning Transformation roadmap for North America with the project leadership team. Provide perspective and input to the rollout strategy, functionality prioritization and business value realizationUnderstand Danone-specific business complexities and drivers while also providing industry insight from other Consumer Packaged Goods companies to help inform design and implementation decisions and strategies. Use influence to persuade business leaders and evolve ways of working.Support project manager with rollout methodology best practices; work closely with internal partners as well as third-party vendor partners to capture requirements and risks; and ensure deliverables and documentation are comprehensive.Coordinate with the Transformation Management Office on the cross-functional transformation dependencies and risks and their impact to Smart Planning.Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Quality, Information Systems, Finance and Operations teams as well as key external stakeholders to influence and drive decision making.Partner with Information Systems (IS) and cross-functional stakeholder teams to understand and facilitate data and technology integration that meets business requirementsBuild connections and influence with global business and IS counterparts to represent North America and drive North America priorities and initiativesFoster an inclusive project team environment, demonstrating Danone's leadership values and inspiring purpose for the project work.Technical: Strong functional knowledge of supply chain, operations, and experience in S&OP, demand and/or supply planning, preferably in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industryOperational supply chain experience working with SAP technology platformsStrong analytical capabilities, with the ability to digest complex data to solve business problemsExcellent written and visual communication, with capability to story tell through PowerPoint and other vehicles About youEducation and Experience (Requirements):Bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum 5 years' experience required in supply chain, preferably in CPG beverage/food supply chainExperience in deployment planning with familiarity around Danone specific tools and processes is requiredTransformation project experience preferred, specifically implementing new technology enhancements and managing transformational process changeKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to work with ambiguity, critically synthesize diverse information, excellent analytical and critical thinking skillsStrategic and solution oriented; always focused on solving problemsAdvanced analytics acumen and ability to translate results into actionExcellent stakeholder influencing skills and cross functional leadershipProgram management, communication and change management fundamentals to easily facilitate cross functional projects About usAt Danone North America, you'll work with some of the best-known food and beverage brands in the world like Activia, Silk, Two Good, Oikos, evian, and Happy Family.
