    Day and a life:
    • 
      
    • As Tilled's Senior Manager of Risk you will play an instrumental role in delivering a multi-year, global
      
    • strategic plan for Tilled's relationships. Your core responsibilities will include:
      
    • Monitoring market conditions and making recommendations for strategic changes in onboarding operations based on emerging risks
      
    • Monitoring and managing business activities in order to maintain its PCI compliance certification by assessing the organization's readiness for PCI compliance
      
    • Designing and implementing internal controls such as policies, procedures, and training to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
      
    • Creating comprehensive risk assessments of the company's activities, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies, and monitoring risk levels over time
      
    • Developing a risk management strategy and building a team that aligns with the company's overall business strategy
      
    • Recommending insurance coverage that will adequately protect the organization against potential losses
      
    • Analyzing reports and data, while making recommendations regarding new products or services that may pose risks to the company or its consumers
      
    • Performing a risk assessment- Analyzing current risk and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company.
      
    • Recommending changes to onboarding operations or procedures to eliminate or mitigate risk
      
    • Providing guidance to other departments within the company about how to manage risk
      
    • Establishing a culture of risk awareness among employees so that they are aware of any potential hazards in their work environment
      What you have:
      • 
        
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management,
        
      • Proven experience in risk management within the payment industry, preferably in a PayFac or related financial services environment.
        
      • Strong understanding of payment processing, fraud prevention technologies, and regulatory compliance.
        
      • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
        
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
        
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
        
      • Familiarity with industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes.
