About the jobOur Procurement team finds strategic approaches to procuring key resources for Danone like milk, water and plastic. As a part of this team, you will work with colleagues to find suppliers and resources that fit with our business goals, promote a circular economy and support Danone's One Planet, One Health vision. We are currently looking to hire a Program & Methods Manager, Regenerative Agriculture based in Broomfield, CO or White Plains, NY!
The base compensation range for this position is $75,000-113,000K commensurate with experience. To give our employees flexibility, Danone is a hybrid work environment. -Support NORAM and Global Agriculture strategy deployment within NORAM region: including Regenerative Agriculture Scorecard deployment, water policy adherence and Cool Farm Tool regional execution and Process Management -Provide vision and tracking for Agriculture financing and project execution: including the application for financing, project prioritization and selection, project execution and summarization to key internal and external contacts -Assess and manage a pipeline of relevant projects, Running Reports/Building Base Datasets - i.e. Vol reports used to associate farms with brands, Volume reports used for various stages of CFT process, Soy Market Analysis, etc. -Manage farm selection criteria and run scenario analysis to evaluate return on investment and carbon and water outcomes of potential projects and strategies. -Evaluate current and potential methodologies, tools and software to assist in scenario analysis around carbon and water outcomes project cost and impact. Knowledge of Cool Farm Tool, COMET-Farm, APSIM, Nutrient Tracking Tool, and Water Quantity measurement and methodologies is preferred. -Support the overall NORAM agriculture project implementation strategy regarding regenerative agriculture, social projects, water preservation, and biodiversity, based upon existing targets and initiatives -Design and coordinate a clear brand connection and external communication strategy between the different stakeholders regionally and globally, in order to contribute to regenerative agriculture and sustainability initiatives for consumers and ensure relevant dissemination to all involved partners.
