team. We are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager, Planning
Transformation based in Broomfield, CO or White Plains, NY!
The base compensation range for this position is $110,000-$150,000
commensurate with experience. Danone North America additionally

As part of this transformation Danone North America created a
Design to Delivery (D2D) organization that encompasses Supply
Chain, Procurement, Quality, R&I and Operations.
The Strategy and Transformation team in D2D is responsible for the
Digital Transformation enabling tools and processes to achieve our
full potential.
The cornerstone initiative of the Digital Transformation is Smart
Planning. About youThis position is responsible for thought
leadership, best practice sharing and process excellence within the
Smart Planning implementation for Danone North America (US and
Canada). Smart Planning encompasses the end-to-end transformation
from concept to deployment of exceptions-based planning across
Supply Chain Planning functions.
This position will support the Project Manager as well as the
Demand and Supply Planning Business Leads in the design and
deployment of our new Advanced Planning System (APS) leveraging O9
Solutions and the associated process rollouts. The scope includes
demand planning, master planning, deployment, materials planning
and detailed scheduling for the complete North American
network.
Responsibilities:
Champion the Smart Planning Target Operating Model transformation;
lead technology design to support the desired industry best
practice process evolution
Collaborate with business leads and O9 Solutions to design, build
and deploy an end-to-end planning process and system achieve the
future TOM. Support project manager with rollout methodology best
practices; work closely with internal partners as well as
third-party vendor partners to capture requirements and risks; and
ensure deliverables and documentation are comprehensive.
Guide the Smart Planning roadmap for North America.
Provide perspective and input to the rollout strategy and
functionality prioritization.
Understand Danone-specific business complexities and drivers while
also providing industry insight from other Consumer Packaged Goods
companies to help inform design and implementation decisions and
strategies. Use influence to persuade business leaders and evolve
ways of working.
Coordinate with the Transformation Management Office on the
cross-functional transformation dependencies and risks and their
impact to Smart Planning.
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in Supply Chain,
Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Quality, Information Systems,
Finance and Operations teams as well as key external stakeholders
to influence and drive decision making.
Partner with Information Systems (IS) and cross-functional
stakeholder teams to understand and facilitate data and technology
integration that meets business requirements
Build connections and influence with global business and IS
counterparts to represent North America and drive North America
priorities and initiatives
Foster an inclusive project team environment, demonstrating
Danone's leadership values and inspiring purpose for the project
work.
Technical:
Strong functional knowledge of supply chain, operations, and
experience in S&OP, demand and/or supply planning, preferably
in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
Operational supply chain experience working with SAP technology
platforms
Strong knowledge and experience with supply chain digital
solutions, specifically with o9
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to digest complex
data to solve business problems
Excellent written and visual communication, with strong capability
to story tell through PowerPoint and other vehicles
Education and Experience (Requirements):
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
Minimum ten (10) years' experience required, preferably in CPG
beverage/food supply chain
Experience in Sales and Operations Planning role(s)
Transformation project experience preferred, specifically
implementing new technology enhancements and managing
transformational process change
Consulting background a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
