To be Elite in our delivery, we must. -Who are we looking for? -Our Sr Engagement Managers communicate and reiterate Thirdera's unique approach to fulfilling our client commitments. - As the primary point of contact for customer projects, the Sr Engagement Manager ensures -the highest level of customer satisfaction; coordinates, manages and ensures completion of all project tasks; and lead status calls, project meetings, and other client and stakeholder meetings to ensure project outcomes are successfully delivered. The Sr Engagement Manager establishes customer requirement agreements, prepares deliverables, and leads teams to successfully deliver project -scope, on budget, and to client satisfaction. The Sr Engagement Manager provides critical, day-to-day support across project teams, the Thirdera cross-functional organization, and the client organization. We rely on the Sr Engagement Manager to contribute -to the growth of our company by building and improving existing methodologies, conducting internal training, and developing best practice improvements. -Requirements:

10+ years of professional, project leadership experience5-8 -years of experience as an Engagement Manager / Project Manager role -with ServiceNow (professional services experience preferred)Project estimation experience and Budget ManagementAbility to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven project history maintaining high customer satisfaction in complex environmentsStrong history of problem solvingProficient with MS Office and other productivity and project management solutionsEligible to work in the United States -United States Compensation Statement -Compensation for positions at Thirdera depends on various factors including but not limited to the location of the role, required skill set, educational background, experience, and any required professional certifications.--- -In accordance with local laws as applicable, Thirdera provides a reasonable range of salaries for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington: - -

California: $ 140,000 - 160,000 -
Colorado:--- $ 140,000 - 160,000 -
New York City: $ 140,000 - 160,000 -
