Campaign Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to
join an exciting, rapidly growing company. The Global Campaign
Manager will be a member of the Global Campaigns team, an arm of
Conga Marketing within Global Demand Generation. The Global
Campaigns Team is responsible for inbound pipeline generation,
integrated campaigns, and cross-marketing team strategy, project
management, and execution. Responsibilities: Build strategic
campaigns to meet pipeline goals for new and existing business with
a focus on product, persona, and industryWork cross-functionally
with various departments and channels to strategize and execute
integrated marketing campaignsAct as content strategist across
TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU buying stages for designated product
familyWork collaboratively with product marketing, content
marketing manager, SEO manager, and copywriters to execute on
messaging and content strategyWork with digital to test and measure
campaign strategies to optimize performance and analyze campaign
KPIsEnsure all programs are adhering to goal setting, ROI, and
delivery of successManage budget forecast and spend for multiple
campaigns running concurrentlyAbility to localize strategic
campaigns across global regions: AMER, EMEA, APACOversight and
coordination of the marketing calendar of campaigns, programs, and
events to ensure operational alignment and efficienciesEnable sales
follow up on inbound leads and accounts generated from integrated
campaignsSupport virtual and on-site events with strategic
planning, promotion, execution, and follow-upProvide and collect
feedback to/from all stakeholders throughout campaign
processProvide leadership for cross-functional channel owners by
sharing best practices and providing strategic guidanceKnowledge
and Experience: 4+ years' experience in SaaS B2B marketing with a
strong emphasis on demand generationExtensive experience in
creating and executing integrated campaignsStrong project
management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making
and resource allocationHard-working self-starter able to navigate a
fast-paced environment while still providing attention to detail
and approaching tasks conscientiouslyHighly strategic, consultative
player who can plan (think) and execute (do)Ability to think
outside of the box and innovate the art of marketingProven track
record managing multiple priorities with cross-functional

market location for each role. The following information is
provided in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act. The general
salary target for this position in Colorado is $ 92,700.00 per
year. However, the base salary offered may increase (or decrease)
depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and
experience. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a full
range of perks and benefits, including financial, medical, and
dental insurance. We also fund an annual bonus program, with payout
based upon annual corporate performance and individual
