This position oversees the company's eCommerce and Amazon channel strategy through customer management to grow sales. Has an understanding of the commercial aspects of business, the Amazon eco-system. Integral member of the Sales team helping develop and implement the company's go to market strategy in these areas. Collaborate with internal product, inventory planning, marketing, and logistics teams as well as key account stakeholders to execute eCommerce sales and marketing strategy. Responsible for channel strategy development, account planning, forecasting, promotional planning, and relationship building with key customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develops the eCommerce strategy and sales plan with key customers in accordance with corporate goals. Collaborates cross functionally with marketing, product development, planning and sales support to help support the sales team. Develops and deliver product assortment, pricing, and forecasting to accounts as needed. Manage and build relationships with assigned accounts to deliver exceptional support. Performs analysis with ongoing sales programs, reporting and other items as needed. Aftersales management of assigned accounts, pricing, and product questions. Communicates sales and marketing plans, opportunities, and challenges with the team as the year progresses. Understands the ever evolving and competitive eCommerce ecosystem and develop strategies that position brands for maximum success. Adapts and communicates when problems arise with the normal set up and execution of plans. Thoughtfully innovate ideas and solutions for strategic development of our Amazon and eCommerce businesses. Executes the e-Commerce and marketing strategies of the business.Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLSBS or BA degree in Business Management or equivalent education and experience.Superior interpersonal and communication skills.Effective Communication: Speaks to both technical and nontechnical audiences with ease.Initiative - ability to work and achieve objectives independently.Able to manage multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines.Strong Problem Solving and Process Improvement Skills and evaluative.Experience in working with complex business solutions in the outdoor industry.Strong organizational skills. BUDGET QUALIFICATIONS Responsible for meeting and beating sales forecasts annually. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No direct reports. Will work closely with Sales Support Managers to plan key account business and manage the order book. CERTFICATIONS (If applicable) None WORK ENVIRONMENTA collaborative, open space work environment located on the second floor of the 40,000 sq. foot facility located in Broomfield, Colorado. Team members share a common desk area in sales. There are approximately 125 employees in the 40,000 sq. ft Broomfield corporate facility which houses a workout facility, multiple quiet telephone booths and a large employee breakroom for the employee's use.
