The Sr. HR Manager (HRBP) is responsible for aligning strategic
objectives with employees and management in designated business
units. Will work to become a trusted adviser to leaders and can
pivot between strategy and tactical execution seamlessly. The HRBP
serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related
issues. The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and
change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs.
Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business
management, the HRBP seeks to develop coordinated solutions. The
HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver
beneficial service to management and employees that reflect the
strategic objectives of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
--- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
--- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to
develop solutions, programs, and policies.
--- Handles and resolves sophisticated employee relations issues by
conducting effective, detailed, and objective investigations.
--- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to
day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and
ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department

support group (coaching, counseling, career development,

for all HR matters, partners with HR specialists to successfully
conduct Talent Management, Total Reward and Talent Acquisition
processes and initiatives.

relationships, build morale, and increase efficiency and

and onboarding phase.

and federal and state respective employment laws
--- Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience, SHRM
--- Experience in various other functions of HR including but not
limited to: Policy Management, Employee Relations, Recruiting,
Compensation, Performance Management and Legal/Compliance is a
--- Demonstrable track record as a strong business partner
--- Demonstrable knowledge of employment law, compliance and policy
development and implementation.
--- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to optimally
communicate at all levels of organization.
