They will provide guidance on data gathering, data integrity and Global Program reporting with respect to the management of the re-rate program, pricing rules, and exclusion process through market alignment, profitability programs and cost savings initiatives. This role and organization will be responsible for implementing consistent processes and overall company guidance on rerates while managing Customer Success policy related to credit and disputes.The Main Responsibilities* A well-rounded, business leader with strong commercial experience who will drive a compelling focus on net revenue growth. * Administers strategic plans and objectives to design, implement, and maintain global Re-Rate program, pricing rules, and exclusion processes.* Administers strategic plans and objectives to design, implement, and maintain Renewal program, write-down parameters and R4 automation (requirements).* Drive connectivity between Re-Rates and Renewals; how do they intersect.* Actively participates in on-going cost savings initiatives, focusing on profitability programs including margin recovery, customer conversion, and network retirement. Examples:* Billing/ order validation* ETL strategy/Policy* Credits and disputes- administration of policy* Works closely with Strategic Planning and Transformation to design and implement projects aimed at improving the quality of our data and to develop a reporting package on a global level* Assists Director, Revenue Management to ensures market alignment with market-based pricing, product initiatives, re-rate and renewal initiatives* Participates in profitability programs including margin recovery, customer conversion, and network retirement* Advocates Customer Success parameters and guidelines for renewal pricing* Develops data quality measurements and metrics dashboard to increase opportunity and scale* Adheres to policy for managing credits and disputes* Monitors and analyzes customer churn and proactively responds to optimize rates and reduce churn* Requires extensive partnership with Finance, Product, and Customer SuccessWhat We Look For in a CandidateLeadership: * A change agent who will drive a compelling focus on net revenue growth * A well-rounded, business analyst with strong commercial experience who can massage data to report on leading indicators and analyze revenue trends* A customer-first focus, with the ability an ability to promote our company culture and values and with a passion to help our customers be successful * Clearly articulate the CS vision and strategyQualifications & Skills* 10+year of specialized business experience* Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field or applicable years of experience* Project Management experience* Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills* Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction* Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointRequisition #: 248520When applying for a position, you may be subject to a background screen (criminal records check, motor vehicle report, and/or drug screen), depending on the requirements for the position.
