  • Serve as an inspiring leader to the team by developing, implementing, and executing a clear strategy for delivering world-class Customer Success across our markets globally and providing the team with the guidance and resources for success.
  • Build upon the existing accomplishments of the Customer Success Management team to increase retention, drive expansion with current clients.
  • Retain and continue growth of a world-class team of Customer Success professionals, including mid-level managers. Inspire, encourage, enable, and develop high performers, while building a culture of collaboration and support
  • Drive team for continued implementation of Technical Success and Enablement Plans aligned to our Customers' needs in partnership with Sales, Technical Pre-Sales, Products and Customer Support teams to drive customer satisfaction through transparency across the organization.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset with proven results in large scale, high growth, multi-product companies.
  • Maintain key customer relationships while developing and implementing strategies for supporting Alteryx's customers through continued development of the Alteryx Customer Journey, focused on a Customer Centric approach to drive success and retention of our strategic and global accounts.
  • Manage a dispersed and diverse Technical Customer Success team, including frequent travel (as appropriate/allowed)
  • Establish trusted relationships with key corporate teams, including product development, product management, marketing, human resources, and finance.
  • Develops and implements strategic plans and objectives for the organization in alignment with corporate strategy; oversees direction and approves tactical administrative or operational policies and resource allocation decisions to ensure achievement of objectives.
  • Regularly interacts with executives and major customers. Interactions will frequently involve highly visible activities such as speaking with customers, influencing other executives, and representing the organization on matters of great significance to the organization.
  • Directs and controls the activities of a complete functional area through multiple levels of management within the company. Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and approving changes to methods and practices. Required Experience and Attributes
    • Experience leading an international Customer Success organization at a high growth software organization.
    • Inspirational leader with a strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining high performing teams.
    • A proven growth mindset, nimble and adaptable
    • Great strategist and communicator
    • 10+ years in High Tech/Software preferably in the data and/or platform space
    • Advanced relationship management and communication skills, including presentation and collaboration with executive/C-level roles.
    • Demonstrated success in building, developing, and defining strategy for continued growth.
    • Proven success working with and establishing strong relationships across all business functions and go to market teams.
    • Technical background and acumen
    • Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail.
