    • We strive to be the best place you've ever worked!Summary/Objective:The VP of Total Rewards will be responsible for demonstrating thought leadership in the development and execution of total rewards methodologies and approaches, leading the vision and execution of HR systems, and directing service delivery of HR operations. The VP Total Rewards creates solutions through analysis of internal and external data to help create short-term and long-term strategies in compensation, benefits, and recognition, that align to organization objectives and employee value proposition. This position requires both the ability to function at a strategic level as well as ensure operational excellence.Essential Functions Include:
      • Oversee and manage the design, development, implementation and administration of all rewards programs to support the attraction, retention and motivation of employees, develop and continuously improve incentive plan designs that best fit with the organizational culture, priorities and business model.
      • Lead vision and oversee project management of HR systems initiatives including project plan development, financial, technical and or resource requirements, for implementation of effective, efficient, and excellent experience solutions.
      • Oversee the management, design, implementation, compliance and execution of all compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition programs including base pay, incentive pay, executive rewards, merit-based pay increases, paid time off, short- and long-term disability, maternity and paternity leave, 401(k), medical, dental, vision care, employee discount programs, wellness programs, assistance programs, convenience services, family leave and any other future benefits.
      • Develops and implements HRIS strategy and long-term road map; work closely with center of excellence partners to ensure data integrity allowing for deployment and evolution of HR Analytics capabilities.
      • Monitor the changing US healthcare landscape and assess benefit design with an eye toward ensuring competitive, cost effective plans that drive a wellness culture.
      • Oversee the contracting and active management of benefit plan vendors, auditors and consultants for services, premiums and plan administration.
      • Translate vision, findings and recommendations to gain alignment, affect change and drive the successful execution of People initiatives related to Operational Excellence and Workforce Development.
      • Monitor and evaluate employee satisfaction on reward programs and proactively assess and modify rewards as needed in alignment with the Total Rewards Philosophy.
      • Advise People Leadership Team on strategy and policy design opportunities to improve the employee experience and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
      • Understands the competitive environment and scans horizon for trends and insight into total rewards offerings and HR technology optimization.Reports to:Chief People OfficerManages:Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, Payroll and Recognition TeamRequired Competencies:Strategic Influence, Adaptability, Guiding Team Success, Inspiring Excellence, Executive PresenceRequired Education, Experience and skills:
        • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Management or similar related field
        • 10+ years of experience in total rewards strategy, HR operations and HR technology
        • Demonstrated ability to influence across the organization at multiple levels, particularity around strategic issues and change management to bring structure to ambiguous environments
        • Demonstrated experience in managing dynamic teams including the ability to lead indirectly and influence without reporting lines
        • Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship managementPreferred Education, Experience and Skills:
          • MBA or related graduate degree preferred
          • CCP, CBP, or SPHR preferredWork Environment:This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment. Elevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe. As such, a personal smart phone is a requirement for employment with us.Physical Requirements:Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, use of hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally and up to 25 lbs of force infrequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:Full time / 40 hours per weekClassification:ExemptLocation:Elevations Support CenterCompensation:The budgeted range starts at $123,975 + annual bonus.
