Job Summary

The Senior Lead Product Manager will have product management responsibility for a growing line of advanced professional security service offerings. Responsible for helping to execute product strategy and developing and executing new processes that advance the growing line of advanced professional security services. An entrepreneurial leader responsible for defining, developing and leading how we deliver services to our customers. The role will act as a continuous improvement manager in developing short- and long-term strategies for the professional security services organization and incorporating Six Sigma, Agile, and other practices to facilitate progress and reduce costs, both in terms of sales and workflow inefficiencies. Ensure financial growth, profitability, and ensure an industry leading customer experience. Focused on the customer experience with an ability to understand and transform CenturyLink process and IT ecosystem. Adept at communicating technical requirements into internal executable written and verbal presentations. This role provides opportunity to make an immediate impact on both or short-term deliverables and long-term strategic goals. Requires leading matrixed organizations responsible for the development and lifecycle management of a complex product ecosystem that includes IT systems, operations, and 3rd party vendors and partners.

Job Description

Define desired customer experience and points of differentiation for expanding set of tailored professional security services
Ensure alignment with cross functional stakeholders including consulting teams, operations, sales, marketing, legal, regulatory, etc.
Analyze existing business processes and find opportunities for improvement; troubleshoot further to determine root causes.
Coordinate and lead key projects for improvement across all levels of the organization.
Subject matter expert for quote to cash ecosystem and applicable business processes
Align with other product groups and professional services operating teams to drive cohesive customer experiences and solutions
Identification and solicitation for commitment of required core and extended resources and create onboarding plan for any new resources
Develops and maintains costing, pricing and commercial constructs for product portfolios to maximize growth, profitability, and in line with market dynamics.
Establish and monitors customer and operational metrics for the portfolio and champions development, organizational, and process improvements to ensure a market leading customer experience.


Employs LEAN methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives.
Business acumen: Must have an intermediate understanding of company financial measures and financial modeling
Good organization and "action accountability" management skills
Ability to provide leadership for cross-functional teams
Proactive and self-motivated - ability to drive projects and assignments
Ability to create process flows and RACI charges
Problem solving: Must be able to understand and distill data into actionable items.
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Must be detailed oriented
Technical aptitude to understand product dynamics and recommend service enhancements
Ability to travel as needed (30%)
Conflict Resolution/Celebration of Success: Identification and resolution of barriers to success for both milestone attainment and achievement of desired business outcomes
Maximizes the digital presence across the customer lifecycle (Learn, Buy, Get, Pay, Support)

Bachelors or Equivalent
