Analyst II is responsible for managing more complex aspects of
project data to support internal and external project reporting.
This role involves preparing and analyzing budgets, schedules, and
cost proposals, as well as performing detailed cost variance
analysis to ensure accurate financial forecasting and contract
management. The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance),
Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and
aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft
systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and
aviation systems. Its end-to-end Command, Control, Computers,
Communications and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance
(C4ISR) capabilities encompass design, integration, test,
certification, ground/flight training and complete logistics
support. IAS tailors solutions to customer cost, performance, and
schedule requirements and designs to consistently exceed
expectations – with an unrivaled record of on time and on (or
under) budget deliveries. Responsibilities: Manage and control
complex project data for internal and external project reporting.
Prepare and analyze budgets, schedules, and cost proposals for
contract work. Conduct detailed "what-if" cost analysis, program
cost forecasts, and cost variance analysis. Monitor and report on
outstanding work against each contract to maintain accurate cost
and schedule baselines. Develop and maintain advanced financial
models and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
ensure data accuracy and integrity. Prepare and deliver financial
presentations for management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance
with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 years of
experience in financial analysis, project control, or a related
field. Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for
the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a
degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required.
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience. Ability
to effectively and clearly communicate program and financial
related information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software,
especially Excel. The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S.
Security Clearance is required Qualifications We Prefer: Experience
in the Aerospace and Defense industry. Advanced proficiency with
financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
such as SAP or Oracle. Knowledge of government contracting and
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition
Regulation Supplement (DFARS) regulations. Experience with Earned
Value Management. This posting will be open for application for a

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $71,338.47 - $98,090.40.
Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as
candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and
education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may
be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated
with the location at which the position may be filled. SNC offers a
