--- Knowledge and experience working with Fortinet, Cisco, Adtran, Alcatel Core and CPE network equipment

--- Experience designing security IP networks
--- Demonstrates excellent project management skills, inspires teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and uses current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
--- Strong communications skills to interact with senior managers, junior staff, and business unit (non-technical) customers.
--- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
--- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
--- Working knowledge of MPLS Networks and devices
--- Fundamental knowledge of Dynamic and Static Routing Protocols and Hardware Platforms
--- Comprehension of IPsec Tunnels, GRE, and SSL Certificates
--- Detailed technical knowledge of FortiGate security
--- Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools
--- AD/LDAP and Radius Authentication and Group Policies and Multifactor Authentication
--- Team and Customer driven personality
--- Proven work experience as a System or Information Security Engineer
--- Detailed technical knowledge of FortiGate security
--- Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc
--- Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools
--- Demonstrated curiosity and interest in keeping up and experimenting with new technologies.


Required Skills / Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science. An equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree
--- 8+ years related experience in security or IP networking

Preferred Skills:
--- Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent Security certification
--- Familiar with *** Security Suite - Cloud, Premise, and Virtual
--- Knowledge of *** ordering and workflow systems
--- Knowledge of Forimanager and Fortinet firewall platform
