We want candidates who are driven to challenge convention and approach every obstacle with a fresh perspective.Responsibilities

  • Work with integration engineers to develop and improve new and existing products
  • Collaborate with development and product engineering to select, prototype, test and install components and concepts
  • Work with hardware teams to improve quality, repeatability and production efficiency to meet growing volume requirements
  • Develop cost-effective and efficient processes to produce systems and subsystems
  • Collaborate to perform integration tests and validations
  • Coordinate complete documentation for designs and processes through internal systems
  • Troubleshoot defects in the design via hands on testing and through feedback
  • Balance product specifications, cost, requirements, complexity and lead times to achieve objectives
  • Support/lead the development and application of engineering concepts and requirements documentation
  • Work with project managers to develop engineering activities that meets customer demands and timelines
  • Interface with assembly, quality and supply chain functions
  • Help facilitate ECOs and BOM cost reduction activities
  • Collect engineering data and analysis from vehicle testing according to standardized test
  • This is an in office position in the Northern Denver area.Requirements
    • Bachelor's in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Controls, Robotics or Systems Engineering
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience with automation or robotic systems
    • Familiar with CAN communication protocol and using CAN analysis tools, such as CANalyzer
    • Experience with installing hardware, pneumatics and wiring as well as programming and debugging automated systems
    • Proven capability to effectively problem-solve and troubleshoot then to also implement corrective actions that ensure sustained improvement
    • Able to create technical requirements, specifications and test plans
    • Ability to work in a cross-functional team in a dynamic working environment including international team members
    • Able to achieve project milestones or extract customer requirements under ambiguity
    • Able to handle multiple conflicting priorities and interface with sales, customer success and software development teams
    • Detail-oriented and driven to complete assigned tasks on timePreferred
      • Master's degree in engineering, robotics, or system automation
      • Proven ability to design and engineer control systems
      • CAD/CAM experience
      • Able to articulate technical challenges to upper management and non-technical teams
      • Self-starter/self-motivating with the willingness to wear multiple 'hats'The pay for this position has a salary range of $100,000-$125,000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and options.Benefits
