If you are interested in pursuing a rewarding career, we invite you to review our opportunities!JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYThe primary function of the Project Manager - Live Events Power & HVAC is to provide successful turnkey Power and HVAC service, design, and support to customers within the live event entertainment market. The Project Manager - Live Events Power & HVAC serves as the face of Sunbelt during load in, show days, and load out, providing high-level technical execution of the customer's needs for the live event.This individual will be responsible for the coordination and completion projects from an operations perspective, coordinate various aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects as per our contractual agreements with the customers.Position Responsibilities:Create turnkey PHVAC solutions for live event projects from in-person site visits and interpretation of job maps from RFQ/RFPs.Plan and coordinate live event project scheduling and administrative tasksSupport the project staff by facilitating project logistics as defined by department heads or othersProvide assistance to management/local PC staff as needed.Effectively communicate equipment issues with local PC and districtConduct preventive maintenance when needed to ensure proper safe and operating conditionPlans and coordinates meetingsReview and analyze management and equipment reportsPerforms and documents follow up callsMeets all company, governmental and equipment related safety requirementsPerforms other duties as assigned by the supervisor or authorized personnelEducation and Requirements:High School DiplomaSome trade school desirableLive Entertainment backgroundBroad equipment knowledgeMechanical aptitudeProficient in ExcelProficient in WynneOther requirements:Must be able to travel nationwide up to 100% of the timeMust have a Mechanical Aptitude and safely use tools and equipmentMust have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to communicate equipment issues and understand job assignmentsMust have good written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize work assignmentsExhibit personal and professional integrityExhibit a clear understanding of the necessity of equipment safetyMust be flexible regarding work assignmentsMust exhibit a high level of safety consciousnessThe base pay range for this position will be $59,263.00- $81,487.00. This salary range represents Sunbelt's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting, but may be adjusted for geographic location, experience and skills. This position may also be eligible for Sunbelt's Annual Field Profit Share Plan, as such Plan exists from time to time.Sunbelt also provides a comprehensive benefits package to its full-time employees. This package includes health, dental and vision plans, 401(k), PTO, volunteer time off, short-term and long-term disability, accident, life and travel insurance, as well as flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, college savings, EAP and length of service awards. You will be entitled to a company vehicle for business use. A fuel card will be provided and assigned to this vehicle.
