Job Description: A Strategic Sourcing Manager position responsible for developing and implementing contract strategies in Well Abandonment operations, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing spend while ensuring value delivery through effective supply chain management. Responsibilities: Develop and execute category strategies Lead strategic sourcing initiatives Manage supplier performance and relationships Draft and negotiate contractual agreements Monitor contract compliance Coordinate with Wells Abandonment technical teams Prepare management presentations and reports Lead bid evaluations and negotiations Implement process improvements Drive total cost of ownership optimization Skills and Qualifications: Required: 7 years strategic sourcing experience Experience developing category strategies Contract negotiation expertise Supplier performance management experience Knowledge of drilling and completion services Experience with Smart and PowerBI Strong stakeholder management skills Contract management experience Analytical and reporting capabilities Preferred: Well Abandonment (P&A/Workovers) experience Experience in oil and gas industry Knowledge of offshore operations Experience with balanced scorecard development Market intelligence expertise Cross-functional team leadership Experience with SQM's and ASR's Strong presentation skills Influence management abilities Job Details: Schedule: 5/2, 40 hours/week Location: Denver, CO Pay: $61/hour Company Description RigUp is where the best workers power the world’s most successful projects.
