Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
seeks a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in
pediatrics, serving students across grades K-12 in a school
setting. The ideal candidate will possess an active Colorado state
certification and have experience managing caseloads ranging from
25 to 45 students. Location: Aurora, CO Job Type: Contract to Hire
Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive speech-language
therapy services to students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. -
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
tailored to each students needs. - Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and healthcare providers to support student progress. -
Participate in Professional Development days offered to contractors
to enhance skills and knowledge. - Maintain accurate records of
student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with school and
state regulations. Qualifications: - Current and active
Speech-Language Pathologist certification in Colorado. - Pediatric
experience with students in elementary through high school grades.
- Ability to manage a caseload between 25 and 45 students
effectively. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to
engage with students, families, and educational staff. This role
