Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
specialized occupational therapy services within a K-12 educational
setting, supporting students developmental and therapeutic needs.
This full-semester contract position involves working with a
diverse caseload across early childhood to high school students
within the district. The role offers an opportunity to apply
expertise in school-based therapy, working collaboratively with
educators, families, and healthcare professionals. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver direct OT services to students K-12,
focusing on improving functional skills related to education and
daily living Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
tailored to each students unique needs and goals Collaborate
closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support
student progress and facilitate successful learning experiences
Conduct assessments and provide ongoing documentation to track
student outcomes Participate in Individualized Education Program
(IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing
educational and therapeutic services Desired Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based
settings Ability to manage a district-wide caseload effectively
Familiarity with pediatric OT evaluations and interventions Strong
communication and collaboration skills, especially in educational
environments Comfortable integrating teletherapy techniques if
needed Flexibility to work 30 hours per week on a contract basis
through the school year ending 5/21/2026 Location: Monument,
Colorado serving a district-wide K-12 student population This role
