Cash in a Flash a well-established pawn shop with three locations
in the local metro area is looking for a motivated individual to
join our team as a Pawnbroker Associate. Prior experience is a plus
but not required. Were willing to train, if youre willing to learn!
Job Responsibilities: Assist customers with pawn transactions,
including loans, buys and sales Provide exceptional customer
service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer Learn to
accurately access the value of a variety of items, including but
not limited to tool, jewelry, and electronics Maintain stores
appearance and organized records of all transactions Adhere to all
local, state, and federal regulations as required Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor Basic math
skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
Reliable and punctual. Willingness to undergo training and
