Salesperson to join our team. We would love to schedule an initial

job duties include: Conduct on-site inspections for residential and
commercial service calls to assess, diagnose and identify
excavation-related plumbing issues Provide customers with detailed
repair and replacement options, estimates, finance options and
project timelines Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring
understanding of project scope, construction process, and
requirements Coordinate with plumbing and excavation crews to
ensure customer satisfaction and timely project completion Follow
up on leads, manage sales opportunities, and maintain a minimum
established close rate Maintain detailed records of estimates,
quotes, and customer interactions in CRM software Participate in
ongoing sales training and team meetings Stay informed about local
regulations, permitting, and utility requirements Represent the
company professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience
Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment
Requirements: 2 years of sales experience in excavation,
construction, or related trades preferred Strong understanding of
excavation services (grading, trenching, utilities, foundations,
etc.) Experience with CRM software and digital sales tools
Excellent customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean
driving record Good character and ability to work with a team and
our customers Professional appearance and demeanor Neat, clean and
organized Great work ethic
