Job Description Company is looking for a senior marketing leader responsible for identifying, developing and executing the company’s marketing strategies and programs with an emphasis on on brand development, digital innovation and inspiring leadership. As a member of the marketing leadership team, the VP will spearhead the company’s digital transformation, continuously evolve the customer, partner, prospect and employee experience, and deliver an immersive brand experience that fuels the growth of the company’s products, people and customers. This person will oversee a variety of different functions including creatives, developers and strategists. This team also serves as Company’s internal creative agency. As Vice President, Brand & Digital Marketing, you will lead the planning and execution of strategic digital marketing programs to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, internal culture, and an exceptional customer experience for Company. This includes creating and executing integrated campaigns through a variety of channels, including traditional media, websites, landing pages, email, events, digital advertising, and social media. You should also have experience with managing a brand to ensure consistency across all touch-points and experience using tools like email, marketing automation, and content management systems to scale digital programs. To be successful you must demonstrate a passion for marketing innovation and growing the Company brand and culture. Responsibilities Lead the brand and digital team to fuel growth by creating, delivering and optimizing demand generation through thought leadership, content marketing, public relations, analyst relations, digital marketing and events Evolve company messaging to secure the company’s position as the trusted thought leader for sales executives through content marketing and expert engagement of media, analysts and influencers Lead the evolution of company messaging and marketing materials to position Company’s products, people and customers, ensuring the company always remains at the forefront of major market and industry trends Align, create and manage marketing programs to increase the quality and volume of leads, opportunities and customer upsell opportunities Treat the company website and digital channels as marketing’s ‘product’ - drive innovation through intense focus, testing, optimization, measurement and analysis. Provide cross-functional leadership for strategic initiatives that drive organizational alignment, accelerated growth, customer satisfaction and employee engagement Work closely with the Product team to assist in prioritizing strategic direction and feature/product priorities Effectively manage, grow, develop and inspire a world class marketing team Qualifications What is most important to us is a performance driven attitude and a team-oriented approach. To be successful in this role, we are also looking for someone with: 8+ years’ senior marketing leadership experience; B2B SaaS experience preferred Proven leadership experience with demonstrated success building and executing thought leadership-focused, content-driven marketing programs Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels Proven ability to successfully manage and grow a team Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment Obsessive attention to detail and “get it done” attitude Metrics driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement A digital expert Experience launching websites and large digital initiatives Full understanding of a comprehensive digital strategy Understands how to leverage the corporate website to drive brand awareness and pipeline Knows how paid and unpaid channels drive digital demand Ability to manage creatives, developers, and other marketers Know marketing talk - metrics, strategies, etc. Will take Company to the next level with its brand and digital strategy Work with key executives to link company strategy to both brand and digital execution This person is a unicorn
