Our products are designed to optimize business workflow to refine processes, improve productivity and increase profitability. simPRO Software is a global software house with operations in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the US.We are an exciting and rapidly expanding global business, currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our US Marketing Team with the main responsibility of assisting the team with marketing functions and initiatives, which will support the overall success of the business.The role:The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in growing our Digital and Demand Generation programs. This role will support acquisition and conversion strategies and will help execute them across all digital channels for our markets globally. The ideal candidate will help implement email programs, post social media content across multiple platforms, update website content and support paid advertising plans, with the primary goals of driving awareness, increasing customer engagement and lead generation. The Digital Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects while meeting tight deadlines.Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role is expected to demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, integrity, marketing competence, and a desire to grow as a professional. A creative mind, strong analytical skills, and the ability to take initiative will be keys to success in this role.Essential responsibilities and duties:* Support Digital Marketing Manager to execute and optimize channel development and delivery across multiple digital channels i.e digital advertising, email marketing and paid social media* Support landing page creation and execution* Assist in planning and executing lead nurturing campaigns* Develop copy, request images and post content for social media. Report performance back to key stakeholders. * Support website updates and use web marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics* Assist in SEO optimization projects * Assist in the execution and reporting of paid advertising campaigns * Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing digital campaign performance metrics* Support Salesforce and Pardot database management efforts* Manage and track all contextual and platform media invoices monthly and route to finance for payment* Support an environment of collaboration by interacting with people at all levels of the organization, across multiple functions to develop and execute relevant and impactful digital campaigns* Any additional tasks as assigned by your supervisorWork & skills requirements:* Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field* 1-3 years experience in marketing or related field* Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills* Familiarity with CRM, email marketing and/or marketing automation technologies a plus, previous use Salesforce and Pardot a plus* Direct experience with website, paid advertising and analytics tools helpful such as Google Adwords, Bing, Google Analytics, SEMrush* Proficiency in social media platforms * Highly organized with excellent attention to detail* High degree of initiative, resourcefulness, personal responsibility and ownership* Effective time manager with ability to execute on multiple projects with competing priorities* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team* Possess a strong drive to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing* Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% and move about the office up to 50% to access files, cupboards and the equipment storage room* Must be able to constantly operate a computer, phone, and other office productivity machinery* Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 20 poundsHelpful for success:* Experience with CRM Salesforce a plus* Proficient with Google Suite a plus* Experience with email marketing and/or marketing automation technologies a plus* Experience with Pardot a plusCore values required of all simPRO employees:* Integrity - We act with respect, honesty, and transparency in an ethical way* Accountability - We deliver on our promises* Collaborative - We work together with all stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and outcomes* Initiative - We have the courage to stand up, speak out and embrace challenges* Fun - We enjoy what we do and celebrate achievements* Commercial - We must be economically sustainableWhat we can offer you:* Comprehensive medical, dental, vision package* Flexible and generous time off* 401k matching (after 6 months of employment)* Some meals provided* Dog-friendly office environment* Fun team camaraderie opportunities and events* Casual dress* Opportunities for growth and development* Free parking* Happy hours and office games* Salary: $40k - $45kWhile experience in the above areas will be highly considered, it's important to note they will be secondary to the person with the right determination, attitude, and overall suitability. simPRO is an equal opportunity employer.
