details below. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance
Manager, IT & Cyber to be a key player in our financial management
team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the budget
for the entire IT & Cyber organizations, acting as a key business
partner and business unit CFO. The role will be deeply embedded
with the IT/Cyber team, working directly with the CIO & CISO . Key
Responsibilities Strategic Financial Partnership (IT &
Cybersecurity) Act as the primary finance partner to the CIO, CISO,
and technology leadership, translating IT and cybersecurity
strategies into financial plans, investment priorities, and
measurable business outcomes. Financial Planning & Forecasting Lead
the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and
long-range financial planning for the IT and Cybersecurity
organization, ensuring alignment with technology roadmaps and
corporate financial objectives. Technology Investment & Business
Case Development Evaluate major technology and cybersecurity
investments—including cloud, SaaS, infrastructure modernization,
and security programs—developing ROI, TCO, and cost-benefit
analyses to support capital allocation and strategic decisions.
Financial Reporting & Performance Management Deliver financial
insights and reporting to senior leadership, including variance
analysis, spend tracking, accrual oversight, and recommendations to
manage financial performance across the IT and Cyber portfolio.
Vendor Financial Management & Cost Optimization Support vendor and
contract financial analysis, benchmarking, and spend optimization
across technology and cybersecurity investments to ensure effective
resource allocation. Ad-Hoc Strategic Analysis Conduct deep-dive
financial analysis across technology spend, cybersecurity
initiatives, and resource allocation to identify efficiencies,
investment opportunities, and cost management strategies. Minimum
Requirements 7 years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance
experience, with significant experience supporting IT, technology,
or cybersecurity organizations Demonstrated experience partnering
with senior technology leaders (CIO, CISO, VP Engineering, or IT
Directors) Experience with AI Tools and financial acumen Strong
understanding of technology cost structures, including cloud,
infrastructure, enterprise software, and cybersecurity investments
Proven ability to translate technology and cybersecurity
initiatives into financial models and investment decisions
Experience using AI and automation tools to enhance financial
analysis, scenario modeling, reporting automation, or data
exploration, including familiarity with generative AI platforms or
advanced analytics tools. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft
Excel, including advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis,
and complex data analysis. Highly comfortable with large data sets.
Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with the
ability to distill complex financial and technical information into
actionable insights Ability to operate independently and manage
multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Preferred Requirements Experience developing ROI, NPV, IRR, and
Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models for large technology or
cybersecurity initiatives. Experience supporting capital allocation
decisions across complex technology portfolios. Experience
evaluating financial impacts of large-scale enterprise technology
implementations or migrations (e.g., cloud transformations, ERP
upgrades). Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools
such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Experience in
high-growth or rapidly scaling environments where technology
investment and financial discipline must evolve together. Pay

starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and
is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not
limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills,
geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with
the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and
skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper
end of the pay range. ? The base pay for this position within
Colorado is: $110,000.00 - $184,000.00 annually. ? The base pay for

$110,000.00 - $184,000.00 annually. ? The base pay for this
position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is:
$122,000.00 - $203,000.00 annually. ? The base pay for this
position within California is: $127,000.00 - $185,900.00 annually.
