Customer Relationship Advocate for our Greenwood Village, CO
office. This position provides a unique opportunity to engage
directly with clients, offering solutions and insights into their
financial needs while fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
You'll play a pivotal role in supporting clients through their
financial journey, ensuring they receive the highest level of
service and expert guidance according to their individual
investment goals. Acting as the first point of contact for client
interactions, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
Understanding client needs and providing personalized financial
solutions. Keeping abreast of the latest financial products and
tools offered by Fidelity. Educating clients about investment
strategies and potential risks. Handling complaints and resolving
issues to the client's satisfaction. Maintaining compliance with
all regulatory requirements. Building and maintaining effective
relationships with new and existing clients. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills. Ability to understand and explain complex
financial products. Excellent problem-solving and conflict
resolution abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and customer
relationship management (CRM) software. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certifications in financial
planning like CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or FINRA licenses
(Series 7, Series 63) are preferred.
