Job Description:

Are you an all encompassing Accounts Payable specialist?

Then we are looking for you!

Hours are 8am-5pm

Salary is $40,000 to start - depending on experience

We are looking for someone who was a strong understanding of inventory accounting and processes and experience with Purchase Order matching.

Advanced Level MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook!

Quickbooks experience HIGHLY preferred!

ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES:

Enter Invoices & code to correct general ledger accounts.

Print checks for operating expenses, commissions, and return premium.

Work with employee for reimbursement of travel expenses.

Review monthly expense by department reports, and work with department head to ensure that expenses are properly coded.

Monthly Credit Card Reconciliation & posting to general ledger.

Research and solve payment issues as required.

Assist with 1099 preparation.

Special Projects as assigned.

Perform balance sheet reconciliations as necessary, including general ledger research and adjustments.

Support preparation of standard and ad hoc management reports through information verification, proofreading, assembly and other related activities.

Work on other special projects as needed.
