and Accident plans**Job Summary:**Work to ensure accurate and
timely journal entries, and reconciliations are complete. Manage a
subset of the company's suppliers and functions from an accounting,
systems and controls perspective. Also, support the creation,
development and maintenance of policies and procedures and help to
ensure that these procedures are being followed and are
efficient.**Job Responsibilities:**+ Perform monthly accruals,
journal entries and reconciliations in PeopleSoft+ Perform balance
sheet month-end fluctuation analysis+ Support the creation,
development and maintenance of Accounts Payables policies and
procedures and help to ensure that these procedures are followed+
Subject matter expert in Coupa and PeopleSoft accounting software
module+ Support analysis, problem-solving and issue resolution by
researching issues within the financial systems+ Act as a resource
and role model for others in the department+ Process invoices for
critical suppliers and assist with other vendors+ Resolve open
invoices and maintain supplier relationships+ Reconcile supplier
statements+ Demonstrate positive and professional attitude toward
staff, co-workers, internal and external customers, and management+
Other duties as assigned**Job Requirements:**+ Bachelor's degree in
Accounting or Finance preferred+ Computer literacy and technical
versatility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel is
preferred+ Understanding of accounting processes and procedures.+
Excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple
tasks, effective written & oral communication skills, and strong
attention to detail**Success in this Role will depend on:**+ Work
