About the jobDanone North America has an exciting opportunity on
our Away From Home Sales Team, we are hiring for a Foodservice
Customer Marketing Manager. This team is responsible for driving
growth within the Away from Home Channel. This role is remote.Key
Responsibilities:Play a key role in maximizing the Danone Away From
Home website to offer relevant foodservice operator tools and
better position Danone as experts in the industry.Create a
foundation for social media influence, specifically LinkedIn, to
benefit the AFH space from an industry leadership
perspective.Assist in managing our culinary agency, including
budget and retainer management, overseeing project load, samples
and creating recommendation for annual project forecast.Partner
with cross-functional business units across brand marketing,
category commercial, and shopper marketing to assist in
implementing successful operator activations.Collaborate with Brand
Teams, CS&I, and Shopper Marketing to provide relevant insights
leading to successful activations for top accounts in Commercial
and Non-Commercial Segments & work with Brand Teams to keep AFH
top-of-mind for retail innovation focus.Support foodservice sales
and broker execution and go to market strategy through
research-based development of training and point-sale materials,
rebate implementation and analysis, oversee trade-show kit creation
and management.Support foodservice sales team through building
research-based presentations for operator meetings.Support budget
activation for the Away From Home channel.About you2-5 years of
experience in marketing, category management, project management or
related field. Away From Home experience preferred.Bachelor's
degree in business administration, Marketing, Project Management,
or related fieldExcellent organizational and project management
skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
supporting several teams.Experience with Datassential, Technomic
and other data and insights tools, and the ability to build concise
and compelling presentations.Ability to work proactively and
collaboratively with team members across multiple business
units.Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills.Ability to
work both independently and in a team environment and are
comfortable working in a dynamic environment.Ability to develop,
measure, analyze and report on key performance
indicators.Self-starter motivated by driving productive
solutions.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Up to 10% travel About

$100,000-140,000commensurate with experience. Danone North America
additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong
