About the Job:
The Master Data Manager is responsible for managing all activities
to ensure that the control disciplines for managing, changing, and
activating key Master Data for the organization are maintained.
Activities include implementing effective enterprise-wide Data
Governance processes that enhance the quality and integrity of the
organization's Master Data. The Master Data Manager will work
cross-organizationally by defining, updating, and deploying
structured policies about our Master Data. The Manager will be
responsible for policy development and maintenance that regulate
Master Data as a corporate asset ensuring that on-going business
decisions can be consistently applied across the Enterprise.
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week
onsite in Broomfield, CO.
In this role, you will be responsible for: Liaising with the Master
Data Business Process Owners and key Stakeholders across all
business functions to ensure: Developing, improving, and
maintaining Service Level Agreements with the HOD business
stakeholders are consistently met. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge
of the Master Data business requirements. Continuous improvement of
all the MDM processes and models. Managing Master Data governance
and maintenance in SAP and other support systems (ORSoft, Tibco,
1WorldSync, etc) and data quality monitoring and reporting.
Ensuring that Enterprise MDM activities are performed on time,
within budget and with the quality that is consistent with defined
programs and governance. Engaging with all levels of the enterprise
to responsively deliver the required activities to maintain an
Enterprise MDM Program including cross-function coordination of
data inputs and validations. Master data scope: Customers and
Pricing Suppliers Finished Products and other Materials (Raw
Materials, Packaging, Semi Finished Goods, etc) Bills of Materials
(BOMs) Routing and Production Versions Master Data organizational
elements (Plants, Storage Locations, etc.) The base compensation
range for this position is $107,000 - $160,000 commensurate with
experience.About youAbout You: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in
Data or Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related
field. And/or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of
business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of
leadership experience managing projects and/or project portfolios.
Food & Beverage/CPG experience is preferred. Data Management skills
with a minimum of 5 years' progressive experience managing complex
IT programs and/or projects including Data Governance and Master
Data Management implementations. About
